A New Trader Joe's Opens in Chelsea

Hooray! The new branch of Trader Joe's has opened at Sixth Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets. Racked has photos and it looks much larger than the overcrowded Union Square store. I'm looking forward to what I hope will be a more pleasant shopping experience at my favorite grocery store.

    I don't find the produce to be very good at TJ's but the pre-packaged foods are surprisingly good.

    Their juices (orange, grapefruit) and ciders are also amazingly good!

    This place is amazingly beautiful - well merchandised and everyone is upbeat!! They don't rip you off with their prices either - even in Manhattan!!
